RETURNS

We understand — sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.
If you purchased your SÓLINA piece in Australia or New Zealand, you’re welcome to return it in exchange for a gift card or alternate piece.

Customers will need to lodge their return request by following the link below within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, your jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition, and packaged as received.

We ask that you choose carefully when placing your order, as we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. If you do need to make a change, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit — simply return the item within 14 business days of delivery in its original condition. Return postage is at your own expense.

Please note that customised pieces — including engraved items, bespoke designs, and all pieces from the Imprint Collection — are not eligible for return or exchange.

We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your parcel reaches us safely, as return postage is at your own expense. Once received and approved, a SÓLINA gift card will be issued, valid for three years from the date of issue.

We’re unable to accept returns for items that:

  • Aren’t lodged online within 14 days of delivery

  • Are returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging

  • Were purchased as part of a Sample or Archive Sale (Final Sale)

  • Are custom-made, engraved, or part of the Imprint Collection

If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, it may be returned to the original sender.

Whether your piece is under warranty or not, simply complete the form below and we’ll guide you through the repair process with care. Once your request is received, our team will assess the piece and let you know the best next steps, including timing and any applicable costs.
