Shipping & Delivery

Each SÓLINA piece is made with love and care — and that takes a little time. Here’s everything you need to know about how your golden keepsake makes its way to you.

Turnaround Times
Most SÓLINA pieces are made to order, with an approximate production time of up to 4 weeks. If your piece includes custom gemstones or engraving, please allow an additional 2 weeks for these personalised details. If you’re ordering for a special date or milestone, please reach out before placing your order — we’ll always do our best to accommodate your timeline where possible. Imprint Kits are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are sent via complimentary Express Post with signature on delivery for peace of mind. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time. Delivery times vary depending on your location: • Metro areas: 1–3 business days after dispatch • Regional areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel, as deliveries requiring signature cannot be left unattended.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express or an equivalent tracked courier service. Delivery times generally range between 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times. Please note that SÓLINA is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs charges that may apply once your order reaches your country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and live link to monitor progress. For Australian orders, your email and phone number will be included on your shipment to ensure you receive updates directly from Australia Post.

Packaging & Presentation
Each SÓLINA order is carefully packed in our signature packaging — ready for gifting or safekeeping. We take every measure to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented.
